Terms of Use

Effective October 21, 2026

These terms apply when you use Club Timer, including the website at timer.luklalogic.ai, the iPhone and Android apps, and Club Timer inside Zoom and Microsoft Teams. Club Timer is provided by Luka Logic LLC ("we"). By using it, you agree to these terms.

Using Club Timer

Club Timer is free. You may use it to time speeches and run meetings for yourself, your club or your organisation. You don't need an account.

Please don't use it to break the law, to share content you don't have the right to share, to harass anyone, or to interfere with the service, for example by sending automated requests to the live-sharing server.

Your content

The meetings, names and notes you enter belong to you. They are stored on your device. When you share a meeting live, we keep a copy only so the people you share it with can see it, and we delete it as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having permission to show the names you add, such as speakers' names, to the people who follow your meeting.

Zoom and Microsoft Teams

When you use Club Timer inside Zoom or Teams, those services' own terms also apply. If you turn on "Signal in my Zoom video", Club Timer changes your Zoom virtual background or adds a light to your video only while you leave that setting on.

No warranty

Club Timer is provided "as is". We work to keep it accurate and available, but we don't promise that it will always work, that the timing or speech analysis will be free of errors, or that live sharing or notifications will always arrive. Please keep a backup timing method for contests and other events where the result matters.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Luka Logic LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from your use of Club Timer, including a contest result or a missed signal. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be limited.

Not affiliated with Toastmasters International

Club Timer is an independent app. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Toastmasters International. "Toastmasters" is a trademark of its owner.

Changes

We may update Club Timer and these terms. If we make an important change to the terms, we'll update the date above and say so on this page. You can stop using Club Timer at any time.
