Delete your Club Timer data

Club Timer, by Luka Logic LLC, has no accounts. Meetings are stored on your device, and a copy is kept on our server only while you share a meeting live.

  1. Shared meeting (host): tap Share → Stop sharing. The shared copy, the names of everyone who joined, co-host changes and speaker-nudge push tokens are deleted from our server immediately.
  2. Remove one person (host): Share → People following → Remove deletes that person's name, role and push token.
  3. Speaker nudges (joiner): tap Not me on your speaker card to delete your push token.
  4. Data on your device: Settings → Clear meeting, or uninstall the app (on the website, clear the site's data in your browser).
  5. Ask us: email [email protected] with the meeting code and we will delete it within 7 days.

Retention: if you do nothing, everything stored on our server for a shared meeting is deleted automatically 24 hours after its last update. We keep no accounts or analytics of meeting content.

Common questions

Live analysis shows no words
Allow microphone and speech-recognition access for Club Timer in your device settings, and make sure Live analysis is on (Settings). On the website, use Chrome or Edge over HTTPS.
How do I import our printed agenda?
Agenda → Import. Choose the PDF printed from toastmastersclubs.org, or photograph the paper agenda. Check names on the review screen before importing.
How do others follow the meeting?
Timer → Share. Attendees scan the QR code, open the link, or enter the meeting code in Club Timer → Join a live meeting. Tap Stop sharing when done; the shared copy is deleted.
Can I get the results after the meeting?
Summary → Download PDF summary, Export CSV or share the summary by email.
